Siyahi is a platform for budding poets and writers — a space that doesn’t judge, just listens. We emphasize presence over perfection and welcome voices from varied backgrounds.
-
Siyahi began in my drawing room — over coffee, hummus, and conversations with a few poet and writer friends. What started as small, soulful gatherings soon grew into a collective dream: to expand our circle and create a platform that could give writers more visibility. And that’s how Siyahi was born.
-
Anyone and everyone. Siyahi isn’t here to judge or critique — we’re here to listen. We’re a community of poets and writers who believe in welcoming new perspectives, new voices, and honest expression. If you have something to say, you belong here.
-
Absolutely not. Siyahi welcomes everyone — from first-time writers to seasoned poets — with open arms and lots of love. All that matters here is your voice and your willingness to share it.
-
At Siyahi, we believe in emotions and authenticity. As long as your writing comes from the heart, it belongs here. We value pieces that are written from the heart, understood by the heart, and accepted by the heart. We welcome poetry, prose, reflections, and personal essays — in any voice that feels true to you.
-
It’s simple! You can share your work with us by emailing it to editor@siyahiblog.com or by sending it directly through our submission form at www.siyahiblog.com. We read every piece with care and love — there are no rigid rules or formats, just honesty in your words. Once submitted, our team will get in touch with you if your piece is selected for publication or performance.

Siyahi is still in its beautiful adolescence — finding its rhythm, voice, and tribe. For now, we organize live, in-person events, where writers and poets connect over chai, conversation, and creativity. But yes, we’re hoping to host online events very soon, so that Siyahi can reach hearts beyond borders.
-
Of course! At Siyahi, we don’t believe in barriers — not of language, format, or form. We welcome writing in all languages, with an open heart and mind. Every language carries its own rhythm and emotion, and we celebrate them all.
-
Siyahi loves working with people who believe in stories, art, and the quiet magic of doing things together. Whether you write, paint, click, plan, design, or just have ideas that make people smile — we’d love to have you on board. Drop us a message or email at editor@siyahiblog.com, and let’s make something poetic together.
